HRBP

Our client is a worldwide company whose activity is based on electronic products.

 HR team is looking for a HRBP located in London in order to :

• Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all HR activities in accordance with local legislations and good practices.

• Manage ELR by organizing professional elections, leading the various annual meetings with staff representative bodies as CSE, maintaining high-quality social dialogue.

• Provide generalist and operational HR support as an internal HR consultant : advise and give objective feedbacks to individuals and managers.

• Understand the needs of the business and partner with line managers to identify their HR service requirements and support business change efforts, initiating and facilitating change and business improvement activity in line with strategy.

• Act as the first point of contact for line managers and individuals for employment legislation issues and dispute resolution, in order to assist them in handling/resolving the matter or referring them to the appropriate source of help.

• Support the Learning & Development activities in the design and delivery of local talent management and succession planning, and sourcing specific performance data on individuals. Facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness and communications, in line with strategy.

• Lead HR projects and contribute to business projects.
• Facilitate the understanding and implementation of key HR processes (resourcing, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, policy and practice, employment legislation) supported by the HR team where relevant.

• You must have an up-to-date knowledge of employment laws in the UK and be aware of the HR best practice and policy.

• At least 8 years' experience within an international company, with multicultural mindset.

• Native English, the knowledge of Chinese is a real plus

• Master’s degree.

• First class Excel skills.
