HRBPs embed HR expertise locally to develop talent, manage performance, build capability and teams, and ensure legal compliance. 

This role partners with line managers to drive culture & engagement as competitive advantage to achieve business results and acts as trusted local advisor on all HR topics.


Key responsibilities :

- Partner with local leadership team & HRBPs to implement most effective, organizational structures, to maximize productivity and team performance

- Serve as the “connector” between human resources and the business

- Act as trusted local advisor on all HR topics including labor relations and legal compliance, escalation point for complex case management

- Partner with line managers drive engagement & business results through the successful implementation of solutions & people strategies that grow talent, manage performance, build capability and teams

- Collaborate with COEs and ‘Colleague Services’ to enable our new way of working and to deliver the people strategy and facilitate the deployment of solutions and strategies

- Activate solutions locally in alignment with global & OU framework to shape culture & climate ensuring a consistent colleague experience and an inclusive work environment

- Drive and sustain the key processes around engagement, from analysis, communication, feedback and action planning

- Lead client groups through critical HR operating rhythms such as merit & bonus planning, performance management and Talent Review by identifying critical roles and developing potential talent and pipeline

- Act as change champion for key programs & initiatives


- Lead labour meetings and negociate with the work council


KPIs :
- Employee engagement adoption rate in training programs, engagement surveys, Performance Connection
- Adoption rate of successful implementation of HR initiatives & New way of working within HR model
- % of “ready now” talent pipeline
- Hiring diversity & Leadership teams diversity
- % of reduction of attrition

Role specific skills & competences :

- Strong business & HR acumen

- Strategic & holistic mindset with understanding of interdependencies

- Problem solving skills, critical thinking and ability to take initiative

- Experienced in negociating with work councils 

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and dynamic work environment

- Demonstrated track record of influencing without authority and ability to deliver effective coaching

- Proven talent accelerator with the ability to translate business needs into talent profiles, aligning workforce capabilities with business needs

- Drive for results and enable cross functional collaboration

- Organizational agility with proven experience in matrix structures
